Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered w222 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are detected, w222 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances and Bonus Funds therein without prior notice.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and phone number. w222 may require documentary verification of any information provided during registration or at any point thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the w222 platform. w222 makes no representation and provides no warranty regarding the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction. By accessing the w222 platform, you confirm that you are doing so lawfully and that you accept sole responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w222 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. w222 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
You must notify w222 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. w222 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any transactions made using your credentials prior to notification of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been made by you and are your sole financial responsibility.
w222 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, your Account balance, or any associated rights to any third party. Any purported transfer is void and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
w222 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast / 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w222 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your w222 Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposit timelines may vary. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the w222 deposit page and are subject to change. w222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Account holder's own name.
All withdrawals from your w222 Account are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. You will be required to provide government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address dated within three months, and, where applicable, documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals — within minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals — 1 to 3 business days. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. Where a deposit was made via multiple methods, withdrawals will be distributed proportionally across those methods up to the amount deposited via each. w222 reserves the right to impose enhanced withdrawal review procedures on any withdrawal at its absolute discretion, including where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
Player Note: All w222 player funds are held in segregated accounts separately from the platform's operational funds. This means your deposited PKR balance is protected regardless of the operational status of the w222 platform at any given time.
All bonuses and promotions offered by w222 — including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Funds amount and must be completed within the validity period specified for the promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period results in automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
w222 operates a strict anti-abuse policy with respect to all promotional offers. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure: registration of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; use of systematic betting strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (including but not limited to equal staking on all outcomes); collusion with other players to share or redistribute bonus funds; and any other activity that w222 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to be contrary to the spirit and intent of a promotional offer.
The w222 VIP programme operates across six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal. VIP tier status is determined by cumulative loyalty points earned through wagering on the w222 platform. VIP benefits, cashback rates, and withdrawal priority associated with each tier are published on the w222 platform and are subject to change at w222's discretion. Royal tier membership is by invitation only. VIP status and accumulated loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
w222 makes no guarantee that all Games will be available at all times. Games may be suspended, withdrawn, or modified without prior notice due to technical maintenance, licensing requirements, provider obligations, or other operational reasons. w222 shall not be liable for any loss arising from the unavailability of a particular Game.
In the event of a malfunction, system error, or display error affecting any Game on the w222 platform, w222 reserves the right to void all bets or wagers placed during the affected period. w222's decision on matters relating to game malfunctions is final and binding. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a technical error results in an erroneously inflated credit to a player's Account, w222 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds credited as a result of the malfunction, regardless of whether the player has placed further bets using those funds.
w222 is not responsible for losses incurred by a player as a result of internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or power interruptions during an active game session. Where a game session is interrupted due to a technical failure on w222's own infrastructure, the platform will endeavour to restore the session to its correct state prior to the interruption. The outcome of games interrupted due to client-side connection failures is determined by the state of the game at the time the connection was lost.
All sports betting markets on w222 — including cricket, PSL, UFC, and football — are subject to the w222 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. w222 reserves the right to void, restrict, or limit any bet where it reasonably suspects that the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the w222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance: w222 actively monitors all accounts for prohibited conduct using automated fraud detection systems. Accounts suspected of any of the above activities will be suspended pending investigation. w222's determination in respect of any prohibited conduct allegation is final, subject only to the complaints and arbitration procedure set out in Section 13.
All content on the w222 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interface elements, logos, trademarks, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of w222 or its licensor partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player is granted any licence or right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any w222 content without prior written authorisation from w222.
The w222 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of w222. Unauthorised use of any w222 trademark — including in any user-generated content, social media post, or marketing material — is prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w222's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their w222 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
w222 expressly excludes all liability for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of gaming enjoyment or opportunity; (d) any loss arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the platform due to technical malfunction; (e) any loss arising from service interruption, scheduled or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit w222's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

w222 reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false registration information; receipt of a verified underage gambling complaint; a court order or instruction from a regulatory authority; or any other reason that w222 determines, in its reasonable business judgement, necessitates closure. Where Account closure is initiated by w222 for reasons other than breach by the Player, any available Account balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.
w222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notification displayed upon login to the w222 platform. Continued use of the w222 platform following notification of any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w222 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — or any breach, termination, or invalidity thereof — shall be resolved in the first instance through w222's internal complaints procedure.
To initiate a complaint, Players should contact the w222 support team in writing via the registered support email, providing full details of the dispute, the date on which the relevant event occurred, and any supporting documentation. w222 will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through w222's internal procedure to the Player's reasonable satisfaction, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by w222's licensing authority. w222 will cooperate fully with any such independent review. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body is final and binding on both parties.
